OUH Presents Danish Experience from ARMS4elderly at Regional Patient Safety Conference

As a partner in the ARMS4elderly Horizon Europe project, Odense University Hospital (OUH) recently contributed to a regional conference in Denmark focused on patient safety.
During the session, the OUH team shared insights from their work in the Danish part of the project, including:
- Developing practical guidelines and workflows for remote care
- Fostering collaboration between especially hospitals and municipalities
- Collecting early feedback from individuals receiving care, family members, and healthcare professionals
Participants — representing various sectors across the healthcare system — responded positively, recognising the relevance and potential of these approaches in their own contexts.
OUH’s involvement supports ARMS4elderly’s broader objective: enabling safe, coordinated and person-centred care for older adults across Europe, using digital tools and cross-sector collaboration.
