Project Update: Simulation Testing in Israel Validates ARMS4elderly Platform

On May 21st, project partner Assuta Ashdod led a successful in-situ clinical simulation at Bet Hadar nursing home in Israel, marking a key milestone in testing ARMS4elderly’s integrated telemedicine solution.
The simulation involved a real patient with a change in medical condition. A blood sample was collected and analyzed at the hospital, with results transmitted securely via the ARMS4elderly platform. Hospital and nursing home doctors communicated in real-time through secure messaging and virtual consultation tools.
This pilot scenario demonstrated the system’s ability to prevent delays and support unified, effective care for elderly patients—reinforcing the project’s goal of enhancing quality of life and healthcare access through technology.
